Midwest Crate good, shipping bad!,
Ordered this product through Amazon, but dealt directly with Revival Animal Health. The product shipped in a very timely fashion, directly from the manufacturer – Midewest, but the shipping itself leaves a lot to be desired!! The crate arrived bent, the crate pan was crushed and there were no drop pins. However, Nancy at Revival was great and got Midwest to ship another crate. Unfortunately, the second crate arrived in worse condition than the first!!. Again, Nancy at Revival came through for me and got Midwest to send out a new crate pan and drop pin, so I managed to get one good crate out of the two bent ones. The crate itself is fine, but try to ensure that Fed Ex is not the shipper!!

|Great for Rabbit but your Large Dog will escape,
We purchased this crate to house our New Zealand rabbit (~10lbs) so she could have more room by putting in a loft area. The sq ft is impressive and it is plenty tall to put in a loft lounge.
The item arrived with one of the 4 corner posts bent at a 45 degree and many of the floor and side hooks were bent at an angle or closed. The pan was also cracked (we called for a replacement). We attribute this to shipping such a heavy, yet delicate item.
I have known large dogs and quite frankly I could not imagine a dog not being able to escape if he was so inclined. I zip tied the roof to the short sides as I was afraid it would collapse on the rabbit. A large dog could easily get it to fall apart and escape, wreaking havoc in your house.

|The perfect dog crate,
This crate is awesome. Its big enough and has enough space that I don’t feel bad when I have to leave my dog in there for more than 3 hours.
