This crate is much sturdier and more heavy-duty than I thought it would be. The fabric is a heavy canvas, but the whole thing is light and is very easy to put up and take down. I was expecting it to be more of a flimsy, vinyl/plastic thing, but the metal frame is quite solid. Of course it’s still fabric, so if your dog is a chewer, this might not be the best crate. But I can’t imagine that any soft crate could be better. Best of all, my dog loves it. Has a very slight plastic odor. Highly recommended.

I have 100lb lab/bernese mt. dog mix. He is crate trained, but we have had a hard time finding one for him to be comfortable in at his adult size. This crate is bigger than the ones you find normally and it looks great. We take him skiing with us, and while we are up on the slopes, we can set this crate up (super easy to do) and he is comfortable all day in it. This kennel is large, portable, washable, and it looks much nicer than the comparable price technicolor kennels I saw. I definitely recommend this for a dog who is crate trained and non-destructive, as this is a fabric kennel
