This product was very easy to setup. I took it out of the box and blam-o … within seconds my dog was already pissed off. Within minutes, he was already “in bed” howling about something…If I had to guess, it would be the awesomeness that is the TerraPet Snug Home Crate that will certainly prevent his untimely escape.

Product is everything that is described. You will need to tie a string or find a way to prevent tray from sliding out the front or back. Removable tray kicks out much to easy. The crate is sturdy and works well. I have two German Shepherds that use this for sleeping and it has held up nicely.
